What can be a reason that a group super user cannot access Support Cases?
Environment
- Customer Support Portal
- User Roles
Answer
- With a Group Super User role the user can access Support Cases (support cases are not segmented by groups).
- With a Limited user role, users cannot access Support Cases.
- If a user is a Group Super / Standard user in a Group, he will have access to Support Cases, but if the same user is a Limited user in the main account, he will get error when accessing Support Cases.
- Group Super / Standard user role and Limited user role in the main account for the same user is controversial from Support Cases access' point of view.
- The account Super users are able to manage user roles , or delete a user from the main account and assign it only to a Group.
