Virtual Panorama does not fetch Device management license

Answer


As per design, device management license is not activated automatically.
Follow the steps below to load it to Panorama:

1. Register Panorama serial number. 
2. Update  PANOS version in the customer support portal by clicking on Panorama serial number.
3. Activate the purchased Support authorization code. System will automatically pull the device  management license.

NOTE: you must update  PANOS before activating Support auth code, otherwise Device management license will not load
