Push to the Firewall fails with status 'none' and error details 'no details'

• Commit to the panorama succeeds, but push to the device fails with status 'none' and error message as 'no details'.
• Netstat connection on port 3978 shows established.
• Firewall status is seen to be connected under GUI: Panorama > Managed Devices > Summary
• Below is the error message observed while performing push to the device. 

• Panorama and Firewall Deployed on VM
• Firewall managed by Panorama
• Supported PAN-OS.

• VM series plugin on the firewall is greater than VM series plugin on Panorama
• The error message is seen in the configd.log file (less mp-log configd.log)

Error: pan_commitall_tpl_task_func(pan_ops_cms.c:2391): Plugin version in the device is greater than the version present in tpl config.

1. Upgrade the Panorama VM series plugin to equal to or greater than that on managed firewall
