New auth codes for RMA Better replacement cases are generated internally and sent to the email address of the person who is indicated as the RMA case contact:

You should not follow the usual RMA license transfer process. Instead the replacement device is treated as net new (activate it under ASSETS>Network security and apply new licenses on it):
