How to find ASC contact information in Customer Support Portal
Question
How to find ASC contact information in Customer Support Portal
Environment
CSP
Answer
For assets and licenses with Partner Enabled Premium Support you cannot create a technical case directly with Palo Alto Networks, but you need to reach out to your ASC partner.
To locate the contact information of your ASC partner, navigate to Product > Assets and filter for the serial number. Select the serial number then click Edit on the right side of the screen.
Under Authorized Support Center you will see the ASC name. By clicking the name you will see the contact information.
