Symptom
- 登录到apps.paloaltonetworks.com
- Prisma Cloud 不显示图标
- 显示错误消息，如下所示
"Welcome to the hub. You currently do not have access to any apps.
To access apps, please contact the people in your organization who are responsible for managing app roles in the hub."Environment

Cause
不允许用户访问 PrismaApp ，没有为用户分配任何角色。
Resolution
用户应联系超级用户（管理员角色）在他的组织中并请求访问权限HUB.
