How to limit CSP user to access only Threat Vault?

Answer


A valid Customer Support portal user login is required in order to access Threat Vault.
In order to enable user's access to  only Threat Vault service  and segregate them from viewing your company/ assets, opening cases :

1. Create  Group within CSP (Super user only):
    HOW TO CREATE A GROUP

2. Add the user to the Group:
  • Click Groups menu.
  • Click group's Members link.
  • Click Add Member button
3. (Optional:  if the user is also a Standard user in the main CSP account)    Remove user's membership from the main account .
