I requested trial VM license from https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/vm-series-trial
How can I register serial number of my VM?

Answer
If you have requested trial VM license from PANW website, provisioned VM firewall and are unable to register the serial number - follow the below steps to register serial number to your Customer Support Portal.
NOTE: use option "Register usage-based VM-Series models (hourly/annual) purchased from public cloud Marketplace or Cloud Security Service Provider (CSSP):

If you do not have Customer Support Portal access - use the below steps to self register to Customer Support Portal.

The trial license generated from the PANW website is available for registration in AWS only.
