Question


1.  Why is the BPA tool no longer available in Customer Support Portal?
2.  How can I run or get BPA reports now?


Answer


1.  The BPA tool was deprecated from the Customer Support Portal as of July 17, 2023.
BPA history was available to view in CSP until December 31, 2023. 

2.  Use AIOps for NGFW to generate best practices reports moving forward.
- Go to the Hub and activate AIOps for NGFW. You can activate without Cortex Data Lake. 
- Login to AIOps for NGFW instance.
- Go to Dashboards > On Demand BPA.
- Generate New BPA Report
