Procedure

  1. Existing Users
Reason:
  • You might be getting this error because your member details reflect an expiration date that has passed.
  • This can also be an issue if you have access to multiple support accounts, and the Default account your support portal membership is associated to has an expiration date that has passed. In that case no matter which account you are trying to access, you will be getting this error until the expiration date is removed from the Default account.
  • You might be getting this error if your membership was deleted from the Support Portal; hence you no longer have access.
Resolution:
  • Reach out to the account Super User and request the expiration date to be removed. Then clear your browser cache and cookies and try to login again.
  • If you are still getting the error message, contact Support by filling out our Login Assistance Form.
  1. New Users
Reason:
  • You might be getting this error message because your membership request is in a pending status.
Resolution:
  • Reach out to the account Super User and ask them to accept your membership request. If you are unable to reach the account Super User, contact Support by filling out our Login Assistance Form.
