How does a Super User manage Pending Membership Requests on the Customer Support Portal?

Objective


Reviewing and accepting / denying new membership request.

Environment

Procedure


Each time a new user is requesting access to a support account, the account Super Users receive an email notification. The Super Users are entitled to accept or reject the membership request by following the steps below:

1. Log into the support account
2. Select Members
3. Select Manage Users
4. Click on Review Pending Memberships
5. Select Accept or Deny

Additional Information


Only Super Users can manage Pending Memberships. If there is no active Super User in the account (for example because the only active Super User has left the company), please open an Admin case with us. If you are unable to login to our support Portal, fill out our Login Assistance Form.
