- Customer is having issues creating a Web case on their Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Environment
- Customer Support Portal (CSP)
Resolution
Scenario 1 - You are unable to access the CSP due to issues with your own corporate network.
- Our websites and portals are mobile friendly. Use your mobile device to log into the CSP and create a case
Scenario 2 - CSP is Down
- Check for an outage announcement on the CSP
- Check for an outage announcement on Live
Scenario 3 - Planned CSP Maintenance
- Check for planned maintenance announcements on the CSP landing page
Scenario 4 - You are unable to log into the CSP or the Support Cases section of the CSP with your credentials.
- Navigate to CSP
- Enter your username and click on Next
- Click Need Help?
- Enter the details and click on Submit
