Symptom


  • Customer is having issues creating a Web case on their Customer Support Portal (CSP)


Environment


  • Customer Support Portal (CSP)


Resolution


 

Scenario 1 -  You are unable to access the CSP due to issues with your own corporate network.

 
  1. Our websites and portals are mobile friendly. Use your mobile device to log into the CSP and create a case
 

Scenario 2 - CSP is Down

 
  1. Check for an outage announcement on the CSP
  2. Check for an outage announcement  on Live 
 

Scenario 3 - Planned CSP Maintenance

 
  1. Check for planned maintenance announcements on the CSP landing page
 

Scenario 4 - You are unable to log into the CSP or the Support Cases section of the CSP with your credentials.  

 
  1. Navigate to CSP
  2. Enter your username and click on Next
  3. Click Need Help?
  4. Enter the details and click on Submit
