How to transfer Prisma SD-Wan (ION/CloudGenix) device across support accounts?

CloudGenix, CSP
Answer
Prisma SD-Wan (ION/CloudGenix) devices have cloud tenants associated with them hence they should not be transferred via Customer Support Portal tools.
Create a support case if you need to transfer a Prisma SD-Wan between CSP accounts.
In the case description provide the source and target CSP account ID and the serial number of the products to be transferred.
