Error message when accessing the GUI - "Error in parsing xml response"

Symptom
On the GUI, when attempting to login to the firewall is seen
"Error in parsing xml response"
Environment
- Firewall
- Panorama
- Dynamic content updates
Cause
This error is related to a corrupted package (AV/WF)
Resolution
Run show system info displays the corrupted version of wildfire.
> show system info ..... wildfire-version: t?^Dk<DA>^M5(I&<C9>&6 wildfire-release-date:
Steps for resolution:
- Please download and install again the latest packages:
> request anti-virus upgrade download latest > request anti-virus upgrade install version latest > request wildfire upgrade download latest > request wildfire upgrade install version latest
- If it still fails, restart the management server and the web server:
> debug software restart process management-server > debug software restart process web-server
If none the previous works, to roll back run the following command:
>request wildfire downgrade install previous
Note: If above does not work, reach out to TAC for deletion of dynamic content files via root
