Question
When does the disk cleanup script execute?
Environment
- PAN-OS 7.1 and above.
- Any Palo Alto Firewall.
Answer
The disk cleanup script is automatically run when the disk space on the root directory of the firewall reaches 95% or above. This script will clean up the disk space on the firewall and will stop when the disk space reaches 92% or below.
The system log will generate an event for this event.
