Unable to schedule Dynamic Updates (for example, App and Threat) for Palo Alto Networks firewalls from the Panorama. The firewalls are not showing up while trying to schedule the Dynamic updates.
Resolution
The issue is the license is not refreshed on the Panorama for the specific firewalls, even though the licenses exists on the firewalls.
Check whether the licenses are refreshed on the Panorama for those specific firewalls: Login to Panorama > Panorama > Device Deployment > Licenses and click on Refresh at the bottom of the page:
Select the firewall in the Refresh License Deployment screen and click Refresh:
Under Panorama > Dynamic Deployment > Dynamic Updates click on Schedules:
The user should then be able to add the firewalls for Dynamic updates (for example, App and Threat) from the Panorama, as shown below:
