Objective


When customer M series unit is defected, customers are unable to move cloud services licenses (Cortex Data Lake, Prisma Access) to Spare (SPR) unit by the documented procedure below.

Transfer or Update Prisma Access Licenses Between Panorama Appliances

However, Cloud services licenses remains in defective unit and cannot move to the replacement unit.
 


Environment


  • M series Appliance working as panorama.
  • Cloud services licenses (Cortex Data Lake, Prisma Access) are linked to the panorama.


Procedure


Cloud services licenses are not transferred to Spare (SPR) unit via Customer Support Portal (CSP) is current expected.
We are currently working to implement the feature for moving Cloud services licenses via CSP.
Before the implementation, we will work for cloud services license transfer request to SPR in Support Case(Type Admin).

Please create support case in Customer Support Portal.
