How To export management pcap and debug pcap files to TAC Upload Server Directly

Objective
When there is no local SCP server available to extract management pcap and debug pcaps , it can be directly uploaded from the CLI to the TAC Upload Server directly.
Environment
- Palo Alto Firewall
- Panorama
- WildFire Appliance
Procedure
- Verify the files you want to upload with the show system files command.
- Use the scp export command to upload to <case_number>@tacupload.paloaltonetworks.com:/
scp export mgmt-pcap from mgmt.pcap to xxxxxxxx@tacupload.paloaltonetworks.com:./ scp export debug-pcap from ikemgr.pcap to to xxxxxxxx@tacupload.paloaltonetworks.com:./ scp export debug-pcap from dhcp-vr-0.pcap to xxxxxxxx@tacupload.paloaltonetworks.com:./
Example uploading files mgmt.pcap, ikemgr.pcap and dhcp-vr-0.pacap
- When prompted, the password will be the email address under which the case was opened.
