Answer


No. Software Warranty support is shipped with every firewall to provide access to OS updates during Grace period. As soon as you activate the purchased Support and/or feature licenses - they will overwrite the Software Warranty license.


 


Additional Information


At times  after activating the purchased Support - Software Warranty is still present on the firewall.
Follow the below steps :


1. OPEN ADMIN CASE   and request to remove Software Warranty from the firewall.
2. Once done : remove the expired license key file for Software Warranty from the firewall so it can fetch the Support :
