Question


Why do I have different serial number on the firewall sticker and on the firewall Dashboard / Web GUI?

Answer


Serial number mismatch on the Firewall sticker and on the Web GUI rarely happens, but if it does, contact Support . 

- Create the support case against the serial number which is listed on the Sales Order, not against the one you see on the Web GUI. 
- Provide pictures of the device tags and shipping labels as well as a screenshot of the WebGUI > Dashboard which reflects the different serial number.
