PA-850 Unresponsive with error messages on Console.

Symptom
PA-850 Firewall unresponsive to SSH, GUI, or console
Connecting the console displays the error messages similar to below.

- Palo Alto Networks PA-850 Firewall.
- PAN-OS 10.0.7.
Cause
Use of Unsupported SFPs caused the issue.
Resolution
- Remove or change the incompatible SPFs modules.
- Install the right modules and then attempt to reboot the Palo Alto Networks device.
