Unable to open case for Prisma SD-WAN. Serial number does not appear in the list to open a case.

Prisma SD-WAN
CSP


Answer


 
  1. Check if the serial number for Prisma SD-WAN is visible under your CSP account.
  2. Check if you are a member of multiple CSP accounts and ensure you switch to the CSP account where the asset resides.

 
If above is correct and serial number still does not appear :   Open an Admin case for Customer Support team to investigate further:
