What are the criteria for Software NGFW Credits  transfer?

Conditions that need to be met when you submit a Software NGFW Credits transfer request: 
1. Source and Target credit pool has to be the SAME PRODUCT TYPE (e.g. Software NGFW Credits) 
2. Source and Target credit pool has to match the SAME EXPIRATION DATE. If it is not a match, contact your account team or sales channels. 
3. Source and Target credit pool has be tied to the same contract, you can check the credit pool hierarchy on Customer Support Portal. 
4. Source and Target credit pool has be registered with the same support type. 
To facilitate credit transfer, the user has to be a member on both source and target CSP accounts with Credit admin and super user roles. 
5.Source and Target CSP accounts must be in the same business hierarchy as entities affiliated with each other.

6. If a Child credit pool is created from a Parent credit pool, credit transfer from the Child credit pool is only possible into the Parent credit pool. 

If all the above conditions are satisfied, you can transfer credits .

Note: Lab, Eval and NFR credit transfer is NOT applicable within the same CSP.
