How to offboard CSP member when the user leaves the company?

Answer


 
  1. Super user sets expiry date on the user (Members>Manage users> Expiration date)
  2. Super user removes user's membership from the account (Manage users->Click on three dots next to the user -> Delete User). Repeat this step in all accounts the user and you have access to.
  3.  Note: removing the user does not completely remove the user from the database. In order to disable CSP, WF notifications : the user should be also blocked on the back end - open Admin case with Support:  https://supportcases.paloaltonetworks.com/s/gethelp
