Symptom
- PA-7050 fan tray Fault LED light turns red when no fan failure reported
- There is no Fan Alarm reported in "show system environmentals"

Cause
Fan tray LED intermittently reporting FAULT during bootup
Resolution
- The issue is resolved under PAN-205590 in PAN-OS 10.1.9, 10.2.4 and 11.0.1 versions.
- Upgrade of the above will resolve the issue.
- A a workaround remove then re-insert the affected fan tray, the FAULT LED will turn off showing correct status.
