Device Telemetry configuration for a region was unable to be set or edited via the web interface.

Symptom
- Unable make any changes in the telemetry settings from GUI.
- After logging into the Panorama, there will be a popup error "Unable to retrieve region list either region list has not been set or data format is wrong".
- When trying to change the telemetry settings using GUI: Panorama > Setup > Telemetry > and click on the gear icon. There is no response.

Cause
Software Issue.
Resolution
- The issue is fixed under PAN-202535 u in PAN-OS 10.1.8h1, 10.2.3h1, 11.0.0 and higher versions.
- Upgrade to the fixed code will resolve the issue.
