Symptom


Telemetry configuration fails with error "Unable to retrieve region list either region list has not been set or data format is wrong."

Environment

Resolution


  1. Download and install latest "Apps and Threats" version on Panorama and the Firewalls.
  2. Install a Device Certificate.

  1. After Installing the Device Certificate Go to GUI: Device >Setup >Telemetry and choose the correct region.
  2. If the problem still persists open a Support case.
