Is Cortex Data Lake Telemetry transfer supported?
Answer
Cortex Data Lake Telemetry transfer between CSP accounts is not supported.
If a CSP account has registered firewalls, a Cortex Data Lake Telemetry license can be generated in the CSP account.
Additional Information
When the purchased CLD license is expired and is not renewed for 30 days, the system automatically downgrades the purchased CDL license to a 0 TB Telemetry only CDL which has no log storage, no firewall and no Panorama associations.
Telemetry CDL is not a Firewall enabled CDL, it is not supported to map the telemetry CDL with FW devices.
It can be configured on the firewall to send logs to the Telemetry instance.
