Unable to open Release Notes From Device>Dynamic Updates

Symptom
- When trying to download the Release Notes from GUI > Device > Dynamic Updates, you are redirected to https://staticupdates.paloaltonetworks.com/ and failed to download.
Environment
- PAN-OS
- Update Server configured with staticupdates.paloaltonetworks.com (GUI > Device > Setup > Services > Update Server
Cause
On August 31, 2021, Palo Alto will be shutting down the current IP for Dynamic Updates. This will impact any customers that have configured 199.167.52.141 for Update Server on Palo Alto Networks firewalls as they will no longer receive security updates after the IP is shut down.
Resolution
To download the release notes, you need to change the Update Server from "staticupdates.paloaltonetworks.com" to "updates.paloaltonetworks.com" and click check now button in Dynamic Updates page.
