When exporting logs from GobalProtect App on iOS, can one use non-native apps such as Outlook App?

  • Cortex Data Lake

  1. No. GlobalProtect App uses system API to send logs that only allow the native mail app with the current design. 
  2. Reach out to our Account team to raise the new feature request if this is needed.
