Question
Can Prisma Access, DLP, AIOPS and CIE tenants be transferred across CSP accounts?
Environment
Customer Support Portal, Hub 2.0
Answer
No.
DLP, AIOPS and CIE tenants cannot be transferred across CSP accounts. When devices need to be transferred from one Support Portal account to another, these tenants need to be off-boarded. Customers will then need to create new instances on the Target account and onboard the devices again.
For Prisma Access, customers will either need to purchase a new instance on the Target account or, if another Prisma Access instance is already mapped with the Target account, this can be used instead.
