What is a Subscriber List and how to remove it or edit it?

Answer
Email addresses on a Subscriber List of a case will receive all case related notifications and communication. The email addresses on the list do not need to belong to registered users on our Support Portal. You can add email addresses to the Subscriber List by accessing a specific case >> selecting the Subscribers tab.
Please open an Admin case with us if
- you want to remove an email address from the Subscriber List. You will not be able to remove the email address without the assistance from the CSR Team.
- there's an error adding a user to the Subscriber list.
