How to Generate a Tech Support File for Strata Cloud Manager

Objective
This document shows how to generate tech support file for Strata Cloud Manager
Environment
- Strata Cloud Manager
- Tech Support file
Procedure
- Go to Palo Alto Networks HUB and click on Strata Cloud Manager icon.
If old HUB UI like below appears, switch toggle on the left top corner.
NOTE: If you are managing multiple Prisma Access tenants, click on Cloud Managed Prisma Access Tenant from the drop-down menu on the top right corner.
- Open Strata Cloud Manager and then select Manage > Configuration > NGFW and Prisma Access
- Select NGFW configuration scope and select Create tech support files.
- Once you click create Tech Support files, it will prompt the Tech Support Screen
- Click on "Create Tech Support File" button and provide the Support Case Number and then click Create.
Note : If Support Case(s) have not been opened yet, keep this field blank and move forward.
- It will generate the tech support file.
- Notify Palo Alto Networks support case owner when the file is generated.
