Assigning XDR Account Admin role on XDR Gateway if the only Account Admin is unavailable

How can the XDR Account Admin role be assigned if the the only Account Admin is not available?

Answer
Create a support case for this request. You can create a technical case from the Customer Support Portal (CSP) if you have at least a standard user role.
Provide the following information in the case description field:
- the name and email ID of the current, only Account Admin who is unavailable
- the reason why the only Account Admin is not available
- an approval from the CSP Super User / Domain Administrator if the user, to whom the Account Admin role should be assigned on Gateway, is not a Super User in CSP
- if the user, to whom the Account Admin role should be assigned on Gateway, is a CSP Super user, no approval is needed
NOTE: if you need to remove a user from Gateway because the user left the company, removing the user from CSP will remove the user from XDR Gateway as well.
