Question


Why do deleted CSP account members still show in the CSV file exported from CSP > Members tab ? 
 

Environment


  • Customer Support Portal (CSP)
  • Members tab
     

Answer


  1. This is by design.
  2. Exporting account members to CSV file contains all the history of users and roles which includes both active and deleted users.
  3. Deleted users are listed at the end of the file with Description User was deleted.
