Objective


Customer would like to delete expired license(s) from the Customer Support Portal (CSP).

Procedure


Even if a license expires, it will remain linked to your device. Expired licenses are visible on the Support Portal as well as on the firewall GUI.

Support license can never be removed from the device, it has to be renewed. 

Feature licenses that have been expired for more than 365 days cannot be renewed thus it is acceptable to remove subscriptions that have been expired for over 365 days. Create an admin case to request license removal. NOTE: In certain scenarios we might need to delete an expired purchased license from CSP before the 356 day limit but ONLY IF it is determined that it prevents another license from retrieval.



Additional Information


The above information applies to purchased licenses only. Expired trial licenses can be removed from the Support Portal by taking these steps.
