Question
How to enable WildFire-only users to use the company's WildFire API Key to upload data to WildFire Portal?
Environment
Customer Support Portal (CSP)
WildFire Portal
Answer
1. Create a Customer Support Portal (CSP) user login with Limited User role for the user within the specific company. With Limited User role users do not have access to Support Cases.
2. Add the new user as a group member of a separate group and assign the specific device to the group.
(Create a Group on CSP if needed).
3. Delete the new user's membership from the main account so that the user cannot see other devices and members.
