If you have purchased a Palo Alto Networks VM-series usaged based model from a public cloud marketplace or Cloud Security Service Provider (CSSP) you can create a Support Portal account.

 

To create a Support Portal user account

  •  Please use the following article to create an account, How to Create Your Support User Account
    Please refer to the instructions for "Register usage-based VM-Series models (hourly/annual) purchased from public cloud Marketplace or Cloud Security Service Provider (CSSP)"
     

 

View Your VMs in the Customer Support Portal (CSP)

  1. Log in to the Customer Support Portal
  2. Verify the account you are logged into the CSP with.

  3. Click on Assets > Devices

  4. You can use the "Filter By:"
