Should Fan tray be returned to Palo Alto Networks once the replacement RMA is completed?
Environment
- Any PAN-OS
- Hardware based PA-3000, PA-5000 and PA-5200 series.
Answer
Fan tray for all PA-3000 Series, PA-3200 Series, PA-5000 Series and PA-5200 Series can be recycled by the customer and they need not to be returned to Palo Alto Networks.
The exception is PA-7000 series, Fan tray of all PA-7000 models must be returned back to Palo Alto Networks.
