Failed to Re-install User-ID Agent

Symptom

Check the UaDebug.log file for the following messages:

UA: service is already stopped.
Start service fails with error 1069!!!!
UA: Start service fails with error 3!

Remove the agent service, from the command prompt enter:
c:> sc delete "UserIDService"
Reboot the Windows server and re-install User-ID Agent.
