Why the "Gateway Name" does not show on GlobalProtect logs under the monitor tab?
Monitor > GlobalProtect > Gateway Name
Environment
- GlobalProtect
- Pan-OS version 10 and higher
Answer
On version 10 and higher , default value of "Log Gateway Selection Criteria" is set to "No" , In order to see the "Gateway Name " ( under the monitor tab > GlobalProtect ) , need to change the default value of "Log Gateway Selection Criteria" and set it to yes:
Portal> Agent> App> Log Gateway Selection Criteria > Yes
