When are configurations saved under manage configuration backups of the managed devices in Panorama?

When are new configuration versions added to Committed Configurations list under Manage Backups for Managed Devices in Panorama?

New configurations are added to the list only when local firewall configuration is changed. This should not happen if configuration was pushed from Panorama. However, if there were uncommitted changes on the Firewall, either made by user or changes made in the candidate-config.xml due to content update or similar operation, after commit or commit-all (pushed from Panorama), Firewall will send its configuration to Panorama and this configuration will be added as a new configuration version under under Committed Configurations.
