How to exclude Netflix from the Global Protect split tunnel

Objective
This document describes the steps to configure how to exclude Netflix from the GlobalProtect Split tunnel.
Environment
- PAN-OS 7.1 and above
- Globalprotect Split Tunnel configured.
- Netflix traffic to be excluded.
Procedure
- Add Netflix-streaming and Netflix-base under Video traffic tab:
Network> GlobalProtect> Gateway> Agent> Video Traffic
- Under the Split tunnel configuration add the exclude domains for Netflix. Note that sometimes users try to connect to Netflix via the browser instead of using the application, so one need to add the domain name under the exclude domain as well:
Network> GlobalProtect> Gateway> Agent >client setting >split tunnel >exclude domain
