Can I bulk transfer members from one CSP to another CSP?

Is there an available option to bulk transfer users/members between Customer Support Portals?

There is no self-service option, bulk import tool, or public API nor a tool for the CSR Team or Customer to do a bulk transfer of users/members from one account to another.

Cusomer will need to add users/members to target account one at a time.
