Environment

The system provides tailored notifications and views for different user roles. This approach ensures that all team members have clarity on where new assets are managed, promoting proper governance and communication across the organization.

For Superusers of the Primary Account

When a Superuser of the designated Primary Account logs in, they will see a notification on the homepage identifying their account as the organization's primary. They are the only users who will see the option to change the primary designation within the Account Actions tab, granting them unique administrative control.

For Superusers of Non-Primary Accounts (if applicable)

Superusers of other accounts within the organization will also see a homepage notification informing them that a Primary Account has been established. In their Account Actions tab, they can use the built-in feature to initiate communication with the Primary Account's Superusers if needed. This situation will apply only if your organization has multiple CSP accounts.

For Standard Users of the Primary Account

All other users (non-Superusers) will see a notification on the homepage informing them identifying their account as the organization's primary.

For Standard Users of Non-Primary Accounts (if applicable)

All other users (non-Superusers) will see a notification on the homepage informing them that a Primary Account exists and that it is the designated destination for new entitlements. The notification advises them to contact their own account Superuser for more information or if they require access. This situation will apply only if your organization has multiple CSP accounts.
