A Centralized View of Your SaaS Investments

This section serves as a comprehensive guide for our customers, particularly those with Superuser roles, on how various sales transactions—including net new purchases, amendments, and renewals—are now reflected within your CSP account.

These new improvements are designed to provide immediate, transparent, and holistic oversight of all your SaaS entitlements, from the moment an order is fulfilled through its entire lifecycle. This empowers your team with the real-time visibility needed for enhanced operational agility, holistic entitlement oversight, and an accelerated time-to-value for your SaaS investments.

Locating Your SaaS Entitlements

Having a single, easily accessible location for all SaaS entitlements is strategically important for effective license management and operational planning. The updated Customer Support Portal consolidates this information into a centralized dashboard, providing a clear and comprehensive view of your active and pending services.

To locate your SaaS entitlements, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Customer Support Portal (CSP).

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on the Products tab.

  1. Within the Products section, select Assets.

  1. Click on the Prisma access + tab. This tab serves as the central hub for your SaaS product (Prisma Access, Prisma Access Browser, RBI, AI Access, CASB, Data Security, SSPM, DLP) entitlements, consolidating them into a single management view.

Within this view, you can access detailed information about each entitlement. The table below breaks down the key data fields available and explains their significance.
