How to Locate the serial number of XDR/XSIAM/XSOAR from Cortex Gateway

Objective


To locate the serial number of the Cortex XDR, XSIAM and XSOAR tenants from Cortex Gateway Page. 

Environment


  • Cortex XDR
  • Cortex XSIAM
  • Cortex XSOAR 

Procedure


  1. Login to Cortex gateway using the URL https://cortex-gateway.paloaltonetworks.com/accounts
  2. The list of the Available Tenants are displayed.

 

  1. Move the cursor over the Tenant ID. A pop-up will appear on the left side of the screen. 

  2. This window includes the Tenant Details and the serial number. The following information is displayed.
    • Tenant Status:
    • Region: 
    • Serial Number:
    • Tenant ID:
    • License Details:

XDR Serial number
