How to find a serial number and TSG ID on Prisma SD-WAN ION device?

Objective
To locate device serial number on the Prisma SD-WAN ION devices.
Environment
- Prisma SD-WAN
- ION devices
Procedure
1. Login Strata Cloud Manager (SCM) portal.
2. There are two ways to see the ION S/N on the portal:
- Click on "configuration" on the left side bar and select ION devices. The device info tab will display the Serial Number.
- Click on "insights" on the left side bar and select ION devices. The "device info" tab will display the Serial Number.
3. The TSG ID and Tenant ID are the same on Prisma SD-WAN. To get the TSG ID
- Login to the Strata Cloud Manager
- Click on the user icon on the left
- The TSG ID is displayed
4. The device Serial number and Tenant ID (TSG ID) can also be viewed from the CLI.
- Login to the CLI using remote access ( Click on the 3 dots beside the device name and select remote access).
- Login will be prompted. Enter username and password.
- The command "dump overview" displays the Serial number and Tenant ID. The Device ID is the S/N of the device.
