How to find a serial number on Prisma SD-WAN ION device?

Objective
To locate device serial number on the Prisma SD-WAN ION devices.
Environment
- Prisma SD-WAN
- ION devices
Procedure
1. Login Strata Cloud Manager (SCM) portal.
2. There are two ways to see the ION S/N on the portal:
- Click on "configuration" on the left side bar and select ION devices. The device info tab will display the Serial Number.
- Click on "insights" on the left side bar and select ION devices. The "device info" tab will display the Serial Number.
3. The device S/N can also be viewed from the CLI.
- Login to the CLI using remote access ( Click on the 3 dots beside the device name and select remote access).
- Login will be prompted. Enter username and password.
- The command "dump overview" displays the device S/N. The Device ID is the S/N of the device.
- The command "dump device info" also displays the S/N of the device (use the Serial Number below the Model Name).
