How to locate the serial number and TSG ID on Prisma Access?

To locate the serial number and TSG ID of Prisma Access

• Prisma Access Firewalls
• Supported PAN-OS

1. Login to the Hub.
2. On the dropdown menu on the top-right select Tenant Management.
3. Click on the Appropriate Tenant on the left side.
4. The open window displays the Serial number and TSG ID.
5. For multi-tenant environments, select the appropriate sub-tenant which will display the TSD ID for the sub-tenant.

The serial number is also displayed when using the SLS (Strata Logging Service) in the dashboard section.
